By adding BabelBot to your Discord server or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use BabelBot.
Discord Server Owners: You are responsible for ensuring your server members are aware that BabelBot processes messages for translation purposes.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BabelBot (operated by Bram Suurd) regarding your use of the BabelBot Discord translation service.
By using BabelBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using BabelBot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BabelBot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use our services.
BabelBot is a Discord bot that provides automated translation services for Discord servers. Our service includes:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support if you're not satisfied.
Premium purchases grant lifetime access to unlimited translations for the specific Discord server that initiated the purchase.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. BabelBot may be temporarily unavailable due to:
While we use advanced AI technology to provide accurate translations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Translation quality may vary based on:
To ensure fair usage and service stability, we implement rate limits:

BabelBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabelBot and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for BabelBot premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using BabelBot at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server. Your premium license will remain valid for the server even if temporarily removed.
We may suspend or terminate your access to BabelBot if you:
Upon termination, your access to BabelBot will cease immediately. Server configuration data will be deleted within 30 days. Premium licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable after the satisfaction guarantee period.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
Your Continued Use: By continuing to use BabelBot after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you should stop using the service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Dutch arbitration law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BabelBot regarding the use of our service.
